Please use this sheet to calculate the Immigration Cost Recovery and Right of Landing Fee applicable to your immigration application.
In this category you need to pay:
a) Immigration Cost Recovery / Processing Fee:
- $ Cdn 500.- for applicant
- $ Cdn 500.-for spouse and each dependent 19 years and over who will be going to Canada
- $ Cdn 100.- for each dependent under 19 years who will be going to Canada
b) Right of Landing Fee:
- $ Cdn 975.- for each person in application 19 years of age and above who will be going to Canada
The government of Canada remains committed to immigration, however, at a time when many Canadians are making economic sacrifices, the costs for many government services must be shared by those benefitting from them. Funds raised through the introduction of the fee will offset the draw of the immigration program on general government funds and will enable the govemment to continue to provide vital programs and services to immigrants. There are no citizenship or nationality based distinctions in nie application of the fee.

if paid in person only cash or eurocheque
if paid by mail only EUROCHEQUE together a copy of your EC card, or BANK CERTIFIED CHEQUE.

Cheques in $(CDN) have to be written out to "Receiver General of Canada".
You have the option to submit the Right of Landing Fees (ROLF) at any time during the application process. However. In order to avoid undue delays in the processing time, you may wish to submit the Right of Landing Fees when filling your application.
The Right of Landing Fees only are refundable if your application is refused or withdrawn.
Completion of the application does not commit you to immigrate nor does it guarantee that your application will be approved. Upon receipt of your application the possibility of your successful establishment in Canada will be carefully assessed and you will be advised of the outcome and further processing formalities applicable to your case.
